Job Description

Join our growing Real Estate Management Services team! We seek a driven candidate with recent experience in commercial property management. As a key player, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of North Shore assets, including commercial offices, industrial spaces, and retail properties. Strengthen client relationships, exceed expectations, and contribute to business success. 

You will successfully achieve this by undertaking the following key tasks:

  • Handle daily tenant matters, address requests, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain organized lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting.
  • Manage rent collection, reconciliation, and arrears practices.
  • Prepare operating and capital budgets, involving stakeholders.
  • Oversee audits, negotiate leases, and liaise with solicitors for lease documentation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within Property Management experience ideally in Commercial.
  • Real Estate Licence. 
  • Exposure to financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance commentary.
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
