Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Property Accountant to join our Occupier Services team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy professional to deliver accounting services that are included in client management contracts.

The value you'll add

  • Oversee key clients accounting functions in your assigned portfolio
  • Prepare annual budgets and financial statements for  clients
  • Maintain accurate property information for your assigned portfolio
  • Prepare and file any statutory required returns relating to property management clients
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
  • Optimise processes and assist with system testing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ successful experience in finance
  • IFRS16 knowledge and experience necessary
  • Qualified Accountant or working towards, or relevant industry experience
