• Design of residential buildings, High rise building, shopping malls, temple, entry gate, underground tank, overhead tank, staircase (R.C.C & STEEL), ramp, swimming pool, steel hording post, M.S roof sheds etc.
• Design and detailing of R.C.C element as per relevant codal provision.
• Computer modeling and analysis using Etab, Safe, Staad Pro.
• Some time do drafting work in Auto cad of all type of R.C.C structure detail and steel structure connection detail
• Give technical software (Etab, Safe & Staad Pro) training to junior technical staffs.  
• Managed team workflow and supervised two design engineers and 7 draftsmen.  Scope of work included structure modeling, cross checking the design calculation, reinforcement detailing and help the draftsmen for resolving drawing related issue.
• Visit construction sites to check and verify execution work as per drawing and detailing.
• Organized, draft and co ordinate technical documents and review drawing as per requirement of clients from time to time
• Facilitated smooth execution of projects by attending regular progress meetings with In house team, Architects and clients.
