Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director of Investment Services , this role will see a proven commercial transaction specialist set the strategic sales & marketing plan for the Premium Investment team as well as grow and maintain a team of brokers on a national scale.
The scope of the role will include:
- Lead and manage the direction of the Premium Investment Services initiative , with a particular focus on ensuring growth, profitability and the continuing viability, whilst promoting compliance with company policies and procedures.
- As an active member of the National Investment Services leadership team, contribute to the formulation of the long term vision, strategy and business plan of the product line and facilitate the effective and targeted delivery of initiatives and tactics to support these in line with the agreed actions and shared accountabilities of the team.
- Chair regular team meetings disseminating key messages and driving awareness around major wins, challenges and new strategies.
- Identify, develop and maintain major client relationships and build new business.
- Deliver major submissions, including resourcing information, risk assessment and revenue/profit projections
- Monitor, provide feedback and coaching for performance and development of all operators within the local team.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Licence / tertiary qualification in property or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 + years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record and prominent market profile.
- Experience in dealing and negotiating with institutions, corporate bodies, the public and individuals, both local and overseas. Defines clients’ needs, drives service excellence and manages expectations.
- Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
