Job Description
Our Occupier Services team is hiring a Portfolio & Transaction Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to oversee a high-volume property portfolio. This role blends strategic oversight, transaction and financial management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver operational excellence and client-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lease operations, rent payments, and critical dates
- Oversee rent reviews, reconciliations, bank guarantees, and financial reporting
- Lead leasing transactions from site selection to finalisation
- Prepare funding reports and ensure invoicing accuracy
- Conduct market analysis and Stay vs Go assessments
- Negotiate lease terms to secure savings and strategic outcomes
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensure governance compliance and produce quarterly/annual reports
- Collaborate with legal, facilities, and project teams
- Drive risk management initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in property or transaction management
- Experience across a rural portfolio highly desirable
- Strong financial and strategic skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in MS Office and lease platforms (MRI or similar)
- Professional presentation and written communication
