Role Overview:
The PMO Planning and Reporting Lead will drive effective planning and reporting for the Fina+ Transformation Programme, ensuring critical dependencies are met and maintaining the programme’s critical path.
Key Purpose:
To ensure seamless planning and reporting processes across the Fina+ Transformation Programme, supporting Colliers’ SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementation across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance project planning standards and manage the integrated delivery plan.
- Track project actions, update plans, and support Programme Director and Project Manager.
- Provide regular reporting on progress against plans.
- Manage the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and decision log.
- Attend planning meetings and ensure decisions are documented in Cloud ALM.
- Support workstream planning and create business-facing roadmaps.
- Follow SAP Activate methodology and Cloud ALM best practices.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in programme management planning experience, ideally within ERP programs such as SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
- Proficiency in MS Project, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
