Put your excellent attention to detail and eye for formatting into place whilst supporting a dynamic team of agents in our Tenant Advisory team. You will provide support to the team through the production of accurate, quality, and timely documentation for clients and for the internal administrative purpose. 

Based in our Sydney CBD office and reporting to the Head of Tenant Advisory, this fast paced and valued role will support a rapidly growing, collaborative, and supportive team. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the preparation and collation of reports, submissions, presentations and other documentation.
  • Work with operators to tight deadlines to deliver accurate, quality submissions and tender responses.
  • Process various invoices and expenses. 
  • Attend weekly team meetings, record, and distribute minutes.
  • Generate and coordinate the collation of weekly reports & ensure their accuracy.
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings and functions.
  • Updating and maintenance of client database.

Qualifications

You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Recent administration support experience.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail especially in the formatting of documents.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
