We are seeking a high-performing admin professional looking to ready to accelerate their career and support the highly successful National Director | Industrial, based in our Mascot office.
The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This permanent role requires someone who brings a proactive, "can do" attitude and excels in a high-performance, dynamic team setting.
In this key support role you will be responsible for a wide range of assignments which include:
- Email and diary management.
- Arranging and preparing for internal meetings, agendas and WIPs.
- Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence.
- Updating of internal databases.
- Preparation of presentations and agendas for internal and external distribution.
- Reconcile and action invoices and expenses.
- Undertaking of research as requested.
To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
- Working with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills.
- Proactive in supporting and adding value to the team.
