- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations including building maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and potential risks. Take appropriate corrective measures as needed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to optimise building performance and minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the Facility Management team to monitor and manage utility consumption, waste management, and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
Client and Tenant Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular meetings with tenants to address their needs, provide updates on building operations, and gather feedback on services provided.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual operating budget for the building.
- Monitor and control expenses within budgetary guidelines, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality.
- Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
Emergency Preparedness and Risk Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response procedures, including fire safety, evacuation plans, and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure all staff members are prepared to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Identify and assess potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in building management, preferably in commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, clients, and staff members.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
