Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our West Auckland branch. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the centre of a busy, high‑performing environment and enjoys supporting successful teams with professionalism and a positive approach.

In this role you will work alongside experienced industry professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients and the community.  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing and advertising initiatives, including campaign coordination and design of promotional collateral.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and functions for clients and the team.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to administrative and support staff.
  • Manage branch operations, including office supplies, systems management, and KPI reporting.
  • Support brokers and account management workflows, including listings, documentation, and accounts receivable.
  • Deliver high‑level administrative and customer service support across the branch.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administration or office management
  • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritising, and meeting deadlines
  • Able to build strong relationships and support a positive team culture
  • High level of initiative, organisation, and problem‑solving ability
