We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our award-winning North Shore team. Our North Shore team are located in the sunny Takapuna, only a walk away from the beach. The successful candidate will be working alongside experts that have many years of experience in the industry, who make a positive impact and are ambitious to accelerate their success.

This role is integral to the delivery of service excellence to clients, by providing key support to the brokers including:
- Marketing initiatives
- Event management
- Mentoring of support staff
- Account Managment
- Administration support
Accelerate your skills
For this role we are looking for someone who has:
- Orgainised events and functions
- Overseen and mentored support staff
- Coordinated and managed campaigns
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Accounts receivable
- Designed advertising
- Managed office supplies
- Supported brokers with listings
- Implemented and maintained systems
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in a similar role
- Full NZ driver's license
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Positive Attitude
