Job Description

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our award-winning North Shore team. Our North Shore team are located in the sunny Takapuna, only a walk away from the beach. The successful candidate will be working alongside experts that have many years of experience in the industry, who make a positive impact and are ambitious to accelerate their success. 

Accelerate your impact 

This role is integral to the delivery of service excellence to clients, by providing key support to the brokers including:  

  • Marketing initiatives
  • Event management 
  • Mentoring of support staff 
  • Account Managment 
  • Administration support 

Accelerate your skills 

For this role we are looking for someone who has:

  • Orgainised events and functions 
  • Overseen and mentored support staff 
  • Coordinated and managed campaigns 
  • Monthly KPI reporting 
  • Accounts receivable 
  • Designed advertising 
  • Managed office supplies 
  • Supported brokers with listings
  • Implemented and maintained systems 
  • Excellent customer service 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Full NZ driver's license 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office 
  • Positive Attitude
