Job Description

Our highly successful Sydney North Office Leasing team is expanding, and we’re currently seeking a Leasing Executive to join us. Ideally, you’ll bring 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Reporting to the local Director, you’ll play a key role in the delivering tailored solutions to valued clients, while building on the momentum of a dominant team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively pursue new appointments, with a focus on both new and existing business relationships
  • Contribute to the preparation of pitches and proposals
  • Canvassing tenants to identify opportunities and generate demand
  • Manage reporting and asset promotion activities
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Assist in maintaining a high integrity client database, including data entry of listings, contacts and transactions

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in commercial real estate, ideally in a leasing or sales
  • A client first approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of current market trends
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A commercial mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Assistant Agent or Class 2 NSW Real Estate Licence
  • A collaborative mindset with a high level of enthusiasm
