You are an enthusiastic and motivated professional with a strong passion for real estate and investment markets. You combine solid analytical and communication skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy building client and market relationships, and approach each task with precision and curiosity. You are eager to grow within the Mid Cap division of the Capital Markets team, supporting transactions across a variety of asset classes while contributing to the execution of complex real estate deals.
Your Activities
- Support the sale or acquisition process of real estate assets, including the preparation of technical and commercial documentation
- Work across all real estate asset classes (office, retail, residential, logistics, etc.), managing transactions that address mid-cap investment sizes relevant to both private and institutional investors.
- Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, private clients, and market operators (including real estate brokers)
- Conduct market research and economic evaluations on individual properties or assigned portfolios
- Analyse offers and purchase proposals, preparing summary reports and recommendations for clients
- Draft presentation materials and periodic reports on deal progress and market dynamics
- Participate in property inspections and site visits across Italy
- An adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced and versatile environment, with the flexibility required to operate effectively in the Mid Cap context
- Studies or educational background in architecture, engineering, or economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience within real estate companies, investment firms, agencies, or asset management companies (SGR)
- Good knowledge of the Italian real estate market (residential, office, retail).
- Interest in economic and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare analytical and commercial reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- True passion for the real estate sector and a proactive, result-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial and negotiation mindset.
- Problem-solving ability and teamwork spirit
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Italy for property visits and client meetings.
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in English (B2 level)
