Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the national strategy for our highly successful Office Leasing team. With a focus on positioning the team as market leaders, you will manage an annual strategy and play a pivotal role in strategically supporting major business opportunities. 

  •  Lead the execution of the annual national marketing plan, aimed at generating leads, positioning the Product Line, and increasing market share.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of major client presentations, proposals, and high-value pitches.
  • Market the five core business initiatives to enhance brand awareness and position the team as industry experts through reports and capability documents.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications and engagement plan.
  • Drive brand dominance and property marketing excellence through PR, speaking engagements, digital advertising, online listings, signage, and copywriting quality.
  • Ensure compliance with Colliers Visual Identity guidelines across all projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal marketing teams and collaborate on major brand initiatives to share best practices.
  • Liaise with Database Analysts and Research teams to create compelling market research presentations and thought leadership content.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing within the commercial real estate services industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience inspiring direct reports and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and familiarity with various product lines.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling content and visuals for submission documents and marketing collateral.
  • A passion for creative marketing solutions, technology, and continuous improvement.
