Job Description
We seek to appoint an experienced commercial real estate professional to join our high-performing Sydney CBD Investment Services team. This is an opportunity for the right individual to work on transactions ranging from $1m strata assets through to $100m+ freehold properties, partnering with some of the most sophisticated investors and owners in the market.
If you thrive on building deep client relationships, driving revenue, and working collaboratively across a leading global real estate platform, this role is for you.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Originate, manage and execute investment sales campaigns across Sydney CBD.
- Prepare marketing submissions, sales agency agreements and client reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal service lines to maximise opportunities.
- Actively pursue new business and contribute to individual and team revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong presence in the market and a deep understanding of emerging trends.
Qualifications
About You
You will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial property or investment sales.
- A current NSW Real Estate Licence.
- Strong understanding of the Sydney investment market.
- Proven ability to generate business and manage client relationships.
- High-quality presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
