Job Description
Join our Strategic Advisory team and contribute to high-impact projects across market research, economic and demographic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, and asset optimization. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely consultancy reports, helping our clients make informed decisions that drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, economic, and demographic research to support client strategies
- Prepare high-quality consultancy reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
- Assist senior staff with client presentations, project proposals, and submissions
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong industry relationships with clients and internal experts
- Continually update and improve internal databases for analysis and forecasting
- Work closely with colleagues to develop new consultancy products and improve services
- Ensure exceptional client service and proactively identify internal referral opportunities
- Meet individual revenue targets and contribute to overall business success
Qualifications
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Property, Finance, Economics, or related fields)
- Extensive knowledge in at least one property asset class (Retail, Industrial, Residential, Office, Data Centres, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Experience in market research, economic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, or asset optimization
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (GIS or Estate Master experience preferred!)
- Ability to interpret key property, economic, and demographic datasets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
