Role :

Develop a procurement plan ▪ Preparing and tracking project schedule ▪ Managing the tendering process for consultant and vendor packages for the project ▪ Monitor on-site execution of the various works packages ▪ Close coordination with all project stakeholders ▪ Prepare internal Client documentation as required ▪ Review and monitor the key milestone dates in the program to manage Client’s interests ▪ Coordinate the preparation of punch lists ▪ Contract close out and Defects Liability Period formulation ▪ Accountable for the successful delivery of the Scope of Services

Representing the projects team in all client engagement meetings.  Understand the needs/requirements of the client and communicate the same to the internal teams.  Coordinating with different internal teams for preparation of proposals.  Attending meetings with client during the tendering stage.  Submitting proposals for projects.
