Job Description

Our highly successful Adelaide Office Leasing team is in growth mode, and we are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our CBD team.

Reporting & working alongside the National Director, you will assume a key role in the delivery solutions for our highly valued clients. In this role, you will build on the success of a dominant team in a bid to create your own profile in the marketplace.

In addition, you will be accountable for:

  • Actively pursuing new appointments to act for organisations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.
  • Contributing towards the production of proposals, pitches and project promotional material.
  • Maintaining and building client relationships.
  • Assist in ensuring the client database information is of the highest integrity. This includes data entry of all listings, contact and transactional information.

Qualifications

In order to be considered, you will ideally possess:

  • 2+ years in commercial real estate ideally in a leasing capacity 
  • Strong client-orientated approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent negotiation skills and thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trends
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
  • Proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Real Estate License
