Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, energetic junior executive  to join our high performing Office Leasing team based in our Melbourne East office.  This Executive level position presents itself as an incredible opportunity for a recent property graduate looking to take the first step into their real estate career. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
  • Helping identify potential clients and properties to sell.
  • Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers
  • Coordinate marketing & leasing of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, videos and site inspections.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in property and current real estate license
  • Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • High interest and understanding of local property market and current trends
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
