IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join Colliers on a contract to assess, scope, recommend, manage and integrate a new platform that incorporates Facilities Managment and Accounts Payable automation components. 

This role will be located in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office, working alongside our Real Estate Managment Services and Occupier Services teams. 

Responsibilities 

• Ownership of project life cycle - full delivery of scoping through to delivery and adoption. 
• Scoping will include analysing existing system opportunities
• Prepare vendor briefing documentation
• Provide comprehensive training material for users
• Liaise with third party integrator on system integration, data migration and set up of new environment

• A strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, a strong work ethic and deadline focused
• Experience with real estate accounting software, AP automation or FM system integration (eg. / MRI / Yardi)
• Advanced Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
