Job Description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join Colliers on a contract to assess, scope, recommend, manage and integrate a new platform that incorporates Facilities Managment and Accounts Payable automation components.
This role will be located in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office, working alongside our Real Estate Managment Services and Occupier Services teams.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of project life cycle - full delivery of scoping through to delivery and adoption.
- Scoping will include analysing existing system opportunities
- Prepare vendor briefing documentation
- Provide comprehensive training material for users
- Liaise with third party integrator on system integration, data migration and set up of new environment
Qualifications
- A strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, a strong work ethic and deadline focused
- Experience with real estate accounting software, AP automation or FM system integration (eg. / MRI / Yardi)
- Advanced Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
