Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Test Lead to join our Global Transformation Programme team. This role is critical to the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud across Colliers’ EMEA business. The ideal candidate will bring a broad range of technical knowledge, management and leadership abilities, analytical and testing skills, along with a deep understanding of integration testing best practices and at least five years of experience as an Integration Test Lead within the professional services sector, with expertise in testing integrations between systems and SAP S/4 HANA.

Unified Enterprise Resource Planning System:

A key challenge we face is the existence of numerous disparate systems and applications, which are costly to maintain and update. These systems lead to inconsistent processes, methodologies, and complications in reporting and analysis. To address this, we are implementing a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning system that will unify our business operations and enable seamless management of financials, operations, reporting, and human resource activities.

Key Purpose:

The Integration Test Lead will ensure seamless and high-quality integration between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Colliers' existing systems by leading comprehensive testing efforts, collaborating with project stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to support Colliers’ ERP transformation across EMEA.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing objectives and deliverables.
  • Work with Colliers’ personnel and third-party system implementers to test integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and various business systems, ensuring effective test execution.
  • Ensure integration quality and functionality through rigorous testing, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing defects.
  • Facilitate and oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Participate in, or organize and lead, workshops to elicit testing requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure testing activities comply with standards and organizational policies.
  • Support cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Integration Test Lead, preferably within a global transformation program, working with third-party implementation partners.
  • Practical experience eliciting testing requirements, writing test cases, creating test plans, and executing tests, ideally involving SAP technologies, especially S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Experience managing testing teams in a hybrid work environment.
  • Background in developing and implementing test strategies.
  • A relevant software testing qualification (e.g., ISTQB certification, minimum Foundation level, with advanced level preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the software development and testing lifecycles.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and workstreams, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player who performs well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Jira, preferably with Zephyr Scale, as a test management tool.
  • Tosca automation certification (preferred).
  • Azure DevOps experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with testing integrations for systems such as:
    • SAP S/4HANA
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
    • SAP Concur
    • Salesforce CRM
    • MS Dynamics CRM
    • Payroll systems
    • Banking systems
    • Saviynt or similar
    • Profisee MDM or similar
