We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Real Estate Broker/Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial property transactions, excellent client management skills, and the ability to navigate complex real estate regulations.
Develop and execute brokerage services for industrial real estate investments, including sales and leasing.
Assist clients with asset disposition, acquisition, and land development advisory services.
Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
Conduct market research, property surveys, title investigations, and data analysis to prepare reports and presentations.
Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred in Real Estate, Business, or related fields).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in real estate brokerage, with a focus on industrial properties.
Certifications:
Licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker (e.g., National Real Estate Broker License or equivalent).
Additional certifications in property law or valuation are a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong knowledge of real estate laws and market practices.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
Soft Skills: Business development acumen, interpersonal communication, and analytical thinking.
