Job Description

Colliers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Market Insights to lead our research teams across Central & Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic insights into the commercial real estate market, guiding investment decisions, and supporting our clients with data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute both short- and long-term market insight plans and programs, to support client engagement and business objectives.
  • Lead the market research team across multiple CEE countries, ensuring consistent and high-quality output, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Continuously analyse a broad range of industry and macroeconomic trends for their impact on the commercial real estate sector.
  • Working with marketing colleagues, gather and analyse research and insights related metrics to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences, events and client meetings as required.
  • Report research and insights results periodically to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in people and project management, with a track record of leading successful teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in market research or a similar role, ideally within the commercial real estate sector is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic fundamentals and their application in market analysis, plus the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage available resources.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level in a related/relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a market research leadership role within the real estate or professional services sector.
