We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.

Are you a surveying graduate (or soon to be) looking to start your career in property? Want hands-on experience, real responsibility, and the support you need to become MRICS?
Colliers is looking for a Graduate Residential Surveyor to join our London Residential Valuation & Advisory team. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced valuers, work on real client instructions from day one, and build a strong foundation in the London residential market.
What You Will Be Doing
From the start, you’ll be part of a supportive team and gain practical experience across a wide range of residential property.
You will be involved in:
- Inspecting flats, houses, and small residential investment blocks across London and the South East
- Supporting valuation reports for lenders, investors, developers, and private clients
- Researching comparable evidence and understanding market trends
- Learning how valuations are put together and reported in line with best practice
- Working closely with senior surveyors who will guide and mentor you
This role is designed to help you build confidence, technical skills, and market knowledge quickly.
Who This Role Is For
We’re looking for someone curious, motivated, and keen to learn.
You will ideally have:
- A RICS-accredited degree (completed or currently studying)
- A genuine interest in residential property and valuation
- A willingness to ask questions and learn on the job
- Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with data
If your degree or placement experience has been more commercial-focused, that’s absolutely fine — we are happy to support your move into residential valuation.
Please tell us what would help you take part and give enough practical detail for us to arrange it. We will handle your request confidentially, and it will not affect how you are assessed. We make reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010.
At Colliers, we empower people to perform at their best. As a Disability Confident Employer, we want every candidate to feel welcome. If anything would help you take part in our process, such as extra time or rest breaks, step-free access, or a different interview format, please tell us in your application. You are not expected to share a diagnosis or medical history.
