Career Opportunities:
- Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) Stream
Our VAS team delivers best-in-class property valuation guided by industry-leading experts. As a graduate trainee, you will gain structured training in core technical skills to become a professional Valuer. You will provide strategic insights and bespoke advisory grounded in rigorous economic, financial, and market analysis to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Over your first 2 years, you may rotate across diverse valuation teams to build comprehensive expertise in commercial valuation, financing valuation, statutory & land development projects.
- Brokerage Stream
Our Brokerage team connects clients with opportunities that drive real estate success. As a graduate trainee, you will step into the role of an investment analyst, learning the art of deal-making through structured training and hands-on experience. You will support transactions across diverse asset types by leveraging market intelligence and financial models to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
Graduates with degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, Hospitality, Finance or related specialization would be most relevant for Valuation & Advisory Services.
Graduates who enjoy more client-facing roles with motivation in driving sales would be ideal for the Brokerage stream.
A successful candidate would be passionate about Commercial Real Estate, with drive to excel, possess maturity to perform task independently, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work as a team player.
