- Investment Analyst | Capital Markets & Investment Services (CMIS)
Our CMIS team engages in acquisition and disposal of land and enbloc buildings across a range of asset classes. You will collaborate with senior brokers to develop strategic real estate directives for clients. Through comprehensive market research and financial modeling, you will gain insights into transaction competitiveness while also developing transferable skills in sales presentation and negotiation.
- Leasing Executive | Office Services (OS)
Our OS team partners with global commercial occupiers across various industries to fulfil their premium office needs and optimize space value. Under the mentorship of experienced brokers, you will receive hands-on training in industry best practices for delivering comprehensive office solutions. You will also engage in client meetings, pitches, lease negotiations to develop communication and presentation skills.
- Valuer | Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS)
Our VAS team operates with a best-in-class property valuation approach led by industry-leading experts. You will receive structured training in essential technical skills needed to become a professional Valuer. As part of our team, you will provide insights and tailored strategic advisory based on robust economic, financial, and local market analysis to assist clients in achieving their real estate investment and development objectives.
You will be offered job rotations among several valuation specialization teams to gain comprehensive exposure during your first 2 years.
- Analyst | Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) Advisory
This specialized team within Valuation & Advisory Services offers holistic ESG advisory to enhance staff well-being, access green finance, and increase asset value. You will collaborate with our ESG experts to provide consultancy, reporting and sustainability services to clients in Hong Kong and across Asia. You will gain invaluable exposure of cutting-edge ESG initiatives with a strong focus on environmental sustainability in our dynamic team.
Qualifications
Graduates with degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, Finance or related specialization would be most relevant for Valuation related positions.
Graduates with degree in Environmental Science and/or Engineering, Sustainability would be an edge for ESG role.
Graduates with aspiration in driving sales would be welcome for more client-facing service lines (CMIS and OS teams).
A successful candidate would be passionate about Commercial Real Estate, with drive to excel, possess maturity to perform task independently, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work as a team player.
