Finance Manager

• Manage all aspects of the finance function including financial reporting, budgeting forecasts, internal control, treasury, and cash flow management.
• Produce monthly corporate management pack including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis and forecast.
• Daily Accounting Bookkeeping & upload vouchers in Sun system accurately and timely.
• In charge of the monthly closing related jobs and be responsible for the reporting details.
• Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers and clients to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including tax authorities, tax advisors, bankers.
• Train internal stakeholders on the optimum use of all systems to drive productivity.
• Review client contracts to ensure compliance with company polices.
• Prepare annual internal & external audit materials (accounting documents), co-working with the regional audit manager 
• Responsible for the quarterly local VAT tax reporting to the government, ensure all the figures are under local policy.
• Review employee expense claim and handle Concur system related issues
• Manage fixed asset management tracking the records and updating accurate information on a regular basis 
• Provide the general administrative support to all staff organizing the office management concerning operations
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and Korean.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with various levels within the organization
• Initiative, strategic thinking and detail oriented
• Ability to work within fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
