We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Business Process Owners (BPO) to join our Global Transformation Programme team. This BPO will focus on Project and Order to Cash (O2C) processes
The BPO will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the organisation. The ideal individual will possess strong finance knowledge, management and leadership skills, analytical and design skills with a deep understanding of finance best practises, as well as a many years’ experience in the finance streams mentioned above.
Unified Global System
As a prominent leader in the industry, our commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing operational efficiency remains paramount, particularly for our diverse service teams. We are implementing a comprehensive global ERP system in 18 countries over the next 2 years. This unified platform will streamline our business operations and enable seamless management and integration of financials, operations, reporting, and human resource activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Finance Business Analysts (BA) in their functional workstream throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Create processes based on best practice principles and available templates in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for O2C
- Create processes which will deliver for our Businesses using Professional Services and EPPM in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Understand the structure of each business line to find the best functional fit in the system to achieve their objectives
- Ensure business process maps and detailed process description are completed and sign off on them
- Control that documented requirements are met in the created templates
- Support SMEs and BAs in identifying and documenting local functional gaps
- Review of documentation and data supplied from local operation in their workstream to ensure successful data migration in coordination with the Data Lead
- Coordinate training, functional testing, interface testing, UAT and business transition as part of the support model for go live
- Collect/write test scripts and document UAT testing in preparation for go live and system audit
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure all templates are completed and working well within Colliers processes
- Based on their experience propose best in class processes
- Approve user stories for potential customizations
- Plan and execute cutover activities
- Support key internal stakeholders and business units within Colliers relating to SAP system and landscape
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation plans
- Working successfully across the full lifecycle of technology-enabled change to transition to live operation
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience within finance, accounting or project management
- Prior experience working in SAP with project financial management and O2C processes
- Prior experience as a BPO or from implementation of a local or global transformation programmes (preferable in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules with the project team
- Working across and collaborating with multiple teams and work steams including making recommendations and presentation to senior stakeholders
- Used to leading teams and drive activities to completion
- Excellent communication (English is the project language), presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leader and team player who works well under the pressure that ERP implementations bring
