Join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and take the lead in managing our dynamic Industrial & Commercial portfolio. Based in our Brisbane CBD office, but with regular travel to sites, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, autonomy, and collaboration—ideal for a facilities management professional ready to elevate their career.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring optimal performance and longevity of assets, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning
- Leading compliance efforts across essential services and risk management, aligned with Colliers’ national standards
- Collaborating with property management to oversee budget expenditure and financial planning
- Procuring and negotiating service contracts, managing tenders and RFPs with precision
- Delivering accurate expenditure and performance reports for monthly and quarterly client updates
- Upholding OH&S standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews

- Strong technical knowledge of building services and operations, with proven experience in risk management
