Job Description
Role Overview:
The ERP Test Manager will lead testing activities throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, ensuring quality and readiness across Colliers’ SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud rollout.
Key Purpose:
To establish and manage testing protocols for Colliers’ ERP system, driving quality assurance across all testing stages in the SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Colliers Test Strategy for the ERP implementation.
- Oversee all testing activities, from Systems Integration Testing to User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage test schedules, monitor testing governance, and provide ongoing reporting.
- Lead testing on large-scale ERP implementations, including cloud-based solutions.
- Select and implement tools for test automation and load testing as needed.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to align with testing best practices.
- Support the development of an SAP Release Calendar for the S/4 HANA platform.
- Define and implement automated regression testing where appropriate.
- Assess risk and ensure testing meets quality standards.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
- Expertise in full lifecycle ERP testing, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proficiency in JIRA with Zephyr, strong project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
