Job Description

We are looking for a young, motivated, and diligent team member with good communication, collaboration, and computer skills.

Main duties

  • User creation (Roles and accesses)
  • Configuring projects on platform for implementation
  • Bugs and queries resolution including liaison with software partners as needed
  • Daily support to projects as required
  • User training (Internal and external)
  • Troubleshooting issues and problem solving at user level during implementation
  • Testing new features and enhancements as they get deployed
  • Maintaining trackers including implementation and issues trackers.

Accountabilities

  • Timely onboarding of allocated projects onto the software - platform
  • Smooth functioning and troubleshooting of the software for the - allocated project sites
  • Validation of technology being implemented

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Any), 0 – 2 year experience in any role, experience in digital document management preferred.
  • Computer skills are a must
  • Analytical and Logical skills
