Job Description
We look to appoint a seasoned Retail property expert to lead our Retail Advisory service. This individual will join our nationally recognised Retail Leasing team, which holds a strong national market share presence across CBD, High Street, Large Format Retail, Shopping Centres and New Development Project sectors.
This opportunity gives the right person a first-class platform to collaborate with market leading real estate agency experts across various asset classes, engage with industry leading landlords and gain exposure to local, international and new-to-market retail brands, positioning yourself and your clients for success.
This is a genuine opportunity for a motivated individual to catapult their career to the next level with a current list of retail brand engagements.
As an expert in our Retail Advisory business, you will be responsible for providing Retail Advisory services to retail tenants that seek to grow their footprint across the country but also provide strategic advice to global consumer brands looking to enter the Australian market. This will be a national role with the scope to build a team of retail advisory experts.

Qualifications
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Retail asset class specialist. We are open to confidential discussions with market leaders with a commercial real estate agency background but alternatively you might be within the owner environment looking to make a transition into agency
