Job Description
Execute Hotel Management and Lease Contracts between Hotel Owners and Hotel Brands.
Lead negotiations and ensure favorable terms for all parties involved.
Provide strategic guidance and direction in contract execution.
Oversee contract compliance and resolve any disputes that may arise.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and brand representatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of 10 to 15 years in hotel management andlease contract execution.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex contractual agreements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking.
