Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our national team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the National Marketing & Technology Manager and external web developers to enhance our online presence. Your efforts will focus on improving search engine rankings, driving lead generation, and supporting our franchise offices with their digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies in partnership with external suppliers, utilising tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Website/CMS & Digital Platforms: Coordinate website and digital projects, including briefing external suppliers and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage the creation of new child websites using our existing CMS templates. Regularly monitor Google Search Console and work with suppliers to resolve any issues.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Develop engaging digital content, audit and maintain online business directories, and stay updated on the latest digital platform innovations.
  • Franchise Support: Respond promptly to website-related inquiries from our franchise network, providing effective solutions and support.

Qualifications

About You

  • To excel in this role, you should have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • A degree or qualification in marketing or a related digital field.
  • Experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in copywriting, on-page SEO optimisation, and keyword research.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated with SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience creating digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
