Job Description

Are you passionate about data, systems, and driving smarter property decisions?

Join our high-performing Industrial Advisory team at Colliers and play a pivotal role in shaping market intelligence and client engagement.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide database support to the team and service line, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information powers everyday business decisions.
  • Own and maintain CRM and property databases to the highest standards.
  • Lead the implementation of datasets nationally.
  • Track meetings, submissions, deal evidence, and team performance metrics.
  • Create compelling content for client presentations and market updates.
  • Build stack plans, manage stock availability, and ensure listings are current across platforms.
  • Collaborate with operators and researchers to align insights and strategy.
  • Generate targeted mailing lists and manage eComms with precision.
  • Identify and drive process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property, real estate,  ideally within industrial or commercial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of property databases, CRM systems, and listing platforms 
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, up-to-date data.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and identify process improvements.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for property and data.
