We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller Treasury to support our EMEA Occupier Services team. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with key clients, internal departments, and stakeholders, ensuring effective cash flow management, credit assessment, and efficient treasury operations. You’ll play a vital role in managing accounts receivables, analyzing credit risks, and supporting collections to optimize Colliers’ financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collection of outstanding invoices from clients across the EMEA region.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and regular monitoring of client accounts.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to resolve queries promptly.
- Support treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to guide decision-making and risk management.
- Collaborate with the finance and occupier services teams to ensure consistent, efficient processes.
- Proven experience in credit control, treasury, or a related financial role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess credit risk and financial data.
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred).
