Cost Manager | Project Management | NCR

• Candidate should have sound experience working on Interior fit out projects for corporate clients and been in this role for last at least 07 years.
• Candidate should possess knowledge in all disciplines (Civil, Interiors, MEP works) and capable of creating budget sheet & BOQ basis given requirement.   
• Candidate should be well conversant with AutoCAD software and able to quantify quantities for all the line items.
• Candidate should have good market connect with especially OEMs, vendors & suppliers and that relationship should leverage with getting best discounted rates / prices.
• Candidate should have knowledge of market rates for all items and capability to conduct analysis of rates.
