Job Description
Spearheading Fit out projects in Hyderabad.
Managing procurement and contracts administration for MEP (Electrical, HVAC, FPS, IBMS), interior fit out works.
Contracts Life Cycle Management (CLM).
Project costing, budgeting and aligning all contracts / procurement to the project budget.
Procurement strategizing.
Handling various contract modules such as GMP, lumpsum, item rate and cost-plus contracts.
Finalization of all project vendors, architect, consultants and liaison agencies.
Project Management, Vendor Development, Tendering & Contracts.
Awards of works, terminations, claims dispute resolution.
Develop & implement SOPs for Project Management, Procurement & Contract.
Management Functions − Control prequalification of suppliers & contractors − Suggest tax saving methods for various contracts − Preparing value engineering proposals − Preparation of tender documents including BOQ, conduct financial & contract negotiations − Involved in sale transactions to facilitate customers − Property Management Procurement − Preparation of project CTC with respect to all awarded contracts and projected escalation of all materials and services / approve variations & change orders − Manage insurance, bank guarantees, LC requirements, import clearances − Ensure effective audit & performance management mechanisms are in place.
