We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Noosa Commercial Management team. This position, which is located in Noosa, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants
- Monthly management and financial reports for select properties
- Complete Property Inspections
- Conduct rent reviews and lease expiries
- Organise work orders, and following up on completion or ordered works
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Experience in the management of commercial assets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Current Real Estate License
