Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will work transversally across all asset classes, supporting the development of strategic business plans and providing data-driven insights to enhance client decision-making.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact real estate advisory projects, working closely with internal teams and clients to shape investment strategies and optimize asset performance.
Your Activities:
- Support the preparation of business plans, financial models, and strategic analyses across multiple real estate asset classes (office, retail, logistics, residential, and alternative sectors)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Capital Markets, Valuation, Leasing, Property Management) to gather, validate, and analyze data
- Assist in the creation of client presentations, pitch materials, and reports with clear and compelling insights
- Analyze asset performance and identify value creation opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations
- Contribute to feasibility studies, investment memoranda, and portfolio reviews
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in financial and strategic output
- Support senior team members in client interactions and project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 years of experience in real estate advisory, consulting, investment analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies and investment analysis
- Experience in real estate market analysis or advisory is a plus
- Excellent research and data interpretation capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
