Job Description

 

  • Identifying new leads which requires property and facilities management
    • Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
    • Attending meetings 
    • Keeping up to date with real estate and business news
    • Developing business and marketing strategies
  • Pitching real estate management services
    • Developing quotes, proposals and power point presentations
    • Ensuring that all documentation prepared on behalf of the division is brand compliant
    • Maintaining a systematic records for all business partners
    • Winning new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
    • Client liaison, including telephone and personal inquiries from clients and other organizations with regards to business proposals.
    • Formulating and implementing client engagement strategies
    • Build relationships with both internal and external business clients

 


Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • 3 – 5 years work experience in Business Development and Marketing in same or related industry
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, organizes and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management in both oral and written form.
