Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Development & Insights Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA team. This newly created role sits at the intersection of research, marketing, and business development, ensuring that our high-quality insights are transformed into engaging, client-ready content and embedded into commercial strategies across the region.
Key Purpose
To coordinate, promote, and maximise the impact of research and insights content across Colliers EMEA, supporting business development, client engagement, and marketing initiatives. You will ensure that research outputs are visible, accessible, and aligned with commercial priorities, acting as a central point of coordination between research, marketing, BD and fee-earning teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Promotion & Distribution:
- Manage the distribution and visibility of research and insights content across internal and external channels, including Colliers.com, SharePoint, and email marketing tools.
- Ensure timely access to materials for client meetings, pitches, and campaigns.
- Track and report on content usage and effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
- Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with BD, marketing, key account teams and fee earners to align research content with business needs and strategic goals.
- Support the development of messaging, talking points, and business development tools (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, infographics).
- Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials and proposals, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Coordinate communications with internal and external clients regarding research content.
- Gather and act on feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across service lines, countries, and functions.
- Organisation & Workflow Management:
- Coordinate workflows, deadlines, and content calendars to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Utilise CRM and workflow management tools to track activities and support business development processes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of content distribution and stakeholder engagement.
- Creative & Digital Content:
- Support the creation of visually engaging content using PowerPoint, Infogram, and (ideally) Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure all content is presented professionally, is up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Key Competencies
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to “roll up your sleeves” to get things done.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in promoting insights, research, or content—ideally within a B2B, professional services, or real estate context.
- Skilled in CRM and workflow management; experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Colliers.com, and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative/design skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Infogram, Adobe Creative Suite) are highly desirable.
- Collaborative mindset, commercially aware, and able to work flexibly across teams.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a content coordination, business development, marketing, or communications role
