Job Description
About the role
As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing high-quality valuation services to our
clients. This is a client-facing role that requires initiative, analytical skills, and excellent
communication abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing your own assignments and developing new client relationships
- Leading your own projects from start to finish, including planning, analysis, and reporting
- Supporting managers and colleagues in their real estate valuation projects
- Conducting various types of valuations, including:
o Bank and financial reporting valuations.
o Valuations for property acquisitions or sales.
o Land and development rights valuations.
o Project valuations for real estate development and investments.
Qualifications
About you
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and interpersonal
skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks while maintaining a
focus on quality and results.
You also bring:
- A relevant higher education degree, preferably at the master’s level, with a specialization in real estate, finance, or economics.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in valuation
- A high level of initiative and a passion for building relationships and delivering excellent client
service.
