Job Description

The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a pivotal role within our Workplace Management Services Team on site with our client partner. This role works closely with the Workplace Manager and National Workplace Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional tenancy support and uphold the highest standards of workplace efficiency and productivity. This position requires a proactive approach to service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators.

  • Supervise the delivery of Workplace Support services with particular focus on space management, meeting room use and space presentation
  • Deliver best-in-class Client and Employee workplace experiences
  • Oversee Help Desk operations including Access Card management, locker allocation, and Environment Health and Safety compliance
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the tenancy
  • Ensure the delivery of contracted Workplace services in line with SLAs/KPIs.

 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a people centric, client or customer service focused role
  • Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and busy career professionals.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
  • Desire to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
