Due to growth in the team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Property Manager to work within our successful Industrial Occupier Services team where you will be responsible for the account and transaction management of major industrial property portfolios.
The role will be involved in managing lease terms and expiries for entire property portfolios, to disposing redundant assets, new site selection and acquisition, tenant advisory, workplace strategy, design & architecture, project management, technology services, and six star concierge and workplace services.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Invoice entry and coding including payment upload spreadsheet.
- Management of subtenants including issuing invoices, management of arrears, on charging outgoings.
- Preparation of Legal lease instructions and review of lease requests as required.
- Managing critical Lease dates and processing Lease renewals, options and rent reviews.
- Database management of leasehold and freehold properties.
- Preparation of detailed monthly reports of portfolio management activity.
- Day to Day management of the MRI Database and Visual Database.
- Invoice entry and coding.
- Assist the team with any transaction activity within the portfolio as requested.
You will have a strong client-oriented approach, and probably have experience in the following areas:
- Client services and engagement
- Commercial property knowledge
- Experience in commercial property management, ideally in industrial
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients effectively
- Research skills
- Estate Agents Licence or Agent’s Representative, or ability to obtain one
