At PRD Melbourne Apartments, you’ll manage a premium portfolio of residential apartments across four landmark buildings in Melbourne CBD and St Kilda Road. Based in our Melbourne CBD office, you’ll work closely with the Colliers Residential team and report to a single institutional landlord—offering a streamlined, strategic experience without the complexity of multiple ownership structures.

• Work directly with a single institutional landlord, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team that values shared success.
• Manage a handpicked portfolio of quality apartments in sought-after Melbourne locations.
• Gain valuable experience in build-to-rent and institutional property management. 

We also welcome applicants seeking between 25 to 30 hours per week. Enjoy the flexibility to shape your schedule to suit your lifestyle.

The difference you'll make: 

• Build trusted relationships with the landlord through regular updates and insights.
• Lead lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant negotiations with confidence.
• Conduct inspections to maintain presentation and compliance standards.
• Drive portfolio performance through proactive, strategic management.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and manage arrears with care and professionalism.

• Experience in residential property management or leasing.
• Strong administrative and digital skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Estate Agent’s Licence or Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
