3-5 years' experience with Architecture + Master in Construction Management. Local from regions and knowledge of approvals / codes / NBC 2016 and working knowledge of MEP services. Candidate who have worked on multiple assignments will be preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in either interior design/architecture/ corporate real estate/occupier consulting/Business Analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking and graphics
- Relevant expertise in workplace strategy and change management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and graphics.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Hindi and Kannada is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver results in a matrix environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior client leaders.
