Job Description
- Leasing transactions for industrial, logistics, and warehousing assets across Hyderabad and surrounding micro-markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, investors.
- Advise clients on market rentals, absorption trends, vacancy levels, deal structures, and incentives
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and client outreach
- Conduct site inspections, negotiations, and deal closures in coordination with legal and internal teams
- Prepare leasing proposals, pitch decks, market reports, and financial analyses
- Track upcoming supply, infrastructure developments, and regulatory updates impacting the industrial & logistics sector
- Support institutional mandates and large-format transactions
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of transactions
Qualifications
PGDM / Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
3–8 years of relevant experience in industrial & warehouse leasing
Proven exposure to the Hyderabad industrial real estate market is mandatory
