What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the strategic direction of client property and lease management programs.
- Assisting with property inspections, supplier coordination, and service delivery.
- Helping manage health & safety, risk, and compliance processes.
- Preparing reports, budgets, and documentation to support client operations.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service.
- Learning and growing through hands-on experience and structured training.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and database systems.
- A full NZ driver’s license and flexibility to travel or respond after hours.
