Job Description

We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent property professional to assist the Brisbane Residential team in analysing, marketing and negotiating the sale of properties across the market. This key role is actively involved in the campaign life-cycle, researching the property investment market and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of submissions and production of information memorandums.

The scope of the role will include:

  • Management and/or assistance with the marketing process, including marketing material preparation, sales preparation, advertising activities and mail outs
  • Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings
  • Utilise, develop and maintain relevant residential databases including CRM, Competition & Supply, competitor and market tracking.

Qualifications

Ideally the right person for the role will already be working within the property industry as an Analyst, or a graduate who wants to join one of the best Residential agency teams in the country.  

Other requirements:

  • University Degree Qualified (property or business related) & Real Estate License/Certificate
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
  • Knowledge of development and property marketing principles
